I called Mark as my leach field was saturated. He came out and looked at the situation right away. He sent out Hunter, Kraig and Brian to see if my pipes were plugged and to do some testing. Unfortunately I didn't get the answer I was hoping for and my leach field had failed. Even though I didn't get the answer I had hoped for, Hunter and the guys explained everything they were going to do to fix the problem in great detail. They were friendly and helpful and a great crew. They are honest, fair, and give great service. Thank you Crane company!
Worked in the field with several employees and the owner and everyone is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable.
Would like to write a review but Hunter came out looked it over gave an estimation of the cost. I called the office and said we are going to go with it, was told it was turned over to the tech to look at and would give a call back. Nothing.
The Crane Company has been huge help in fixing our septic and plumbing problems. Mark, Phil, and Kraig have always been professional and provided me quality, timely work on my house. Their front office staff are friendly and they know the value of a follow-up call.
Be aware! So far, this is one of the most unresponsive companies that I have deal with. They failed to pick up my debris, I called them, they stated they would send someone, 1 month later and there is still no one and no response!!!
